V’s Accolades

Apart from the awards V has won with BTS, he’s also been nominated for three awards for his solo work.

The first nomination came in 2017 at the Melon Music Awards. V sang “It’s Definitely You” for the drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. This OST earned him a nomination for Best OST but he did not win the award.

Next year, V was nominated for Best Idol Actor at the Soompi Awards.  Earning the nomination for his role as Seok Han-Sung in Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, he took home this trophy.

At the 2019 Soompi Awards, V was nominated in the Best Choreography category for his solo music video “Singularity”. He brought home this award as well.
